Out and Around

Views front and back from the this penthouse position both up the ski slopes and across the valley to the other mountain range, give a huge sense of space.  The location is directly out onto the piste and mountain hikes.

The Duxeralm restaurant is next door with a great apres ski atmosphere.  Inter Sport ski rental and shop is also next door with a cash machine. 

Ski schools are accessible in a few minutes by foot.

There is a small supermarket in Duxeralm, with larger opportunities 5 and 10 minutes drive away in Krimml and Gerlos respectively.  There is a daily bread service.

Restaurants are also accessible by foot (5 and 10 minutes) in neighbouring villages Silberleiten and Flitzeralm.
